What certifications should I get before going for the CCNA and the MCSE?

I have limited knowledge in computers. But, I’m a fast learner, and I heard that if I go for the A+ and N+ certifications, then I’ll have enough knowledge to comprehend (and study) the CCNA and MCSE material. If there are any other certifications (other than the A+ and N+) that I should go for before the CCNA and MCSE, please let me know.
